The front office is the worst, they don’t answer the phone and if they do they put you right back into the eternal queue. Inexcusable how hard it is as a patient to get in touch. I think the doctor himself is a great professional, but he must be unaware how badly his colleagues make him look. Too bad, I would otherwise recommend this doctor’s office to my colleagues but now I advise them to steer clear.

Beyond disappointed! I called them 8 times today to refill my medication and they still have not called me back! I got them what was needed but they still have no refilled my medication.
