Being doubled billed for a hospital visit, already paid them in September of last year, didn't try to send me a new bill until Feb of this year, and no easy way to just email the law firm to discuss. I work a call center all day, I have no time to call them. The hospitals trying to screw me over and unfortunately has the money to take this to court where I don't so I'm just stuck paying something I shouldn't have to

Probably the worst agency anyone can deal with. They claimed they sent things to me, called me time and time again before they took me to court for an automatic win against me. Of course they won I never recieved anything from them ever. And now because they allowed my case to get sooooooo far, there is nothing that they can do to help me other then take 85% to close the case. 85% is over 13k that I have a single month to come up with. Are you guys insane!? Who has that type of money. Make sure if you end up with dealing with this company you are aware that you are dealing with this company because they won’t PROPERLY notify you. They are a company of liars, claiming I was “served” yet I don’t have any paperwork that proves that. I don’t even know my account number so figure that one out ???? yet they have served me sent me mail and tried to contact me over and over.

We have turned our unpaid accounts to them, even after we initially brought the customers to court, and they collected on balances we truly thought were uncollectable. I strongly recommend any business out there use them to manage balances that would typically be written off.

Many of the reviews here are from people who were sent to collection in error, provided this office with proof of payment, and were harassed after proof of payment was sent. Do not let other reviewers tell you that these are just people that don’t want to pay their bills! We were sent to them in error over a bill that was paid and we had the receipt to prove it. I spoke to them no less than three times, each time having to update information that was incorrect. The fourth time I spoke with them, I was told that I had never spoken with them before. As soon as we attempted to present information and stand up for myself, I was screamed at and hung up on. I am forced to send proof of payment again. If your situation is a simple matter of giving them money for a bill that you legitimately owe, you may have a fine experience. HOWEVER, if you have been sent to collections in error, it will not matter if you present proof of payment. They will continue to harass you as they have done to us and, it appears, many others. They will continually send bills to incorrect addresses no matter how many times you correct it. Be prepared for a headache that will last for months. Even though the money they say we owe is a laughably small amount, we may have to hire a lawyer to end the harassment and keep from having our credit score lowered. I worked at a collection agency in the past and we kept immaculate records and notes on every conversation. When there were errors, we did the legwork to help fix them. This office will not do the same. Steer clear if you have the choice. If you don’t have a choice, my heart goes out to you.
