I've worked with Caroline Owen on all sorts of business matters for almost two decades. I find her to be responsive, responsible to her clients, and most importantly willing to listen before giving advise. I would recommend her highly.

Absolutely awful communication, no concern for the sensitive matters of a real estate transaction, and it was evident that this firm is VERY VERY inexperienced with real estate operating procedures and general concern for creating a fun experience for buyers and sellers. Their paperwork was sloppy and inaccurate, rude comments when asked for corrected info, poor knowledge of how to simply email documents, and an all-around bad attitude.
