Attorney Winnie B. Owens received her law degree and undergraduate degree from North Carolina Central University.  Attorney Owens graduated with honors and passed the bar the very first time.  Attorney Owens is a native of Brooklyn, NY.  Attorney Owens migrated to North Carolina after serving active duty with the U.S. Army and with the Air Force Reserve Jag Corps.
