Do not hire this guy under any circumstances. The free consultation was great and he had all these grandiose promises of resolving a child custody battle. I paid him $1,500.00 up front and said that was all he would need to win this thing. He showed up to court, late, and had absolutely no clue about any details of what we were even there for. Couldn’t remember anything and asked me to give him the “run down” again just seconds before going into the court room. At the next court appearance, he had worked on NOTHING for me and I couldn’t get ahold of him at all prior. He made up some random visitation schedule, without discussing it with me, because he thought that maybe my ex would agree to it and we could end this because the judge was getting mad that it was taking so long. I felt compelled to agree to it because I had no clue what I was doing. Even the law guardian for my child was baffled. I was completely misrepresented and now I’m out $1,500.00 and stuck with this horrendous custody agreement.

Got a speeding ticket and he said he would help! Gave him my ticket and said everything would be taken care of. Almost a year late I get a letter in the mail saying my license is going to be suspended! I showed up to his office since the number he gave me didn’t work anymore and I felt with his assistant Kelly. She was very nice and said she would fix everything. Flash back to NOW, 8 months later. Guess who gets another letter in the mail saying that my license is going to be suspended. Tried calling and no answer. I’m about to just show up again. I happened to look online at the Better Business bureau and it says that he’s shut down? GOOD. He should never help another legal problem in his life.

Only hire this attorney if you want no response to emails and calls. He was hired in April of 2018, it is now January of 2019 and has had no movement in the case. He was hired to do a simple divorce. They have no kids and no property. He never returns calls or respond to emails. He has lied several times to this client saying the divorce would be complete. He overcharged and took the money but did not complete his job. The client has lost money and now has to find another attorney.

People reading reviews, be aware that the review made by Kelly Geremski is a conflict of interest due to the fact that she is or was his secretary within the last few months, and I have proof of this. My wife had talked to Kelly a few times over the phone, and Kelly has said she would get back to her and call her within a few days(or gave her a specific day), and never called back. She’s as bad as Scott was. One specific time, my wife called back on one of the days Kelly was supposed to call her, and Scott had told my wife that Kelly was in NYC. I’m not sure why Kelly would tell my wife she would call her back on a specific day if she was going to be gone that day. Once I heard Scott had gotten a secretary, we were really hoping she would truly help out, and do her job, but also keep her word. People baffle me.

Scott helped me gain primary physical custody of my son. When I had questions,he had the answers. I can’t thank Scott enough for all he has done and will continue to do for my son and I. Highly recommend by this dad! Five stars, Thanks again Mr. Micho!!
