This has been the most stressful,difficult and disappointing process . My grandmother house was foreclosed on 11/03/22 wrongfully. This law firm attorney Renee Kammer hasn’t provided any update other then stating on June 6,24 the file is under review for preparation of a civil action for the Court to disburse any excess funds. It’s month five and I haven’t received any update or documents in the mail regarding this matter that’s time sensitive. From the views of employees looks like the problem is they are over worked and under paid . So maybe that’s why me and my family have to continue to suffer and not get the correct help and support after a difficult time in our lives . It’s took me months just to get a email and response. The receptionist Ronnie gave me the runaround provided the wrong email address along with not transferring me to attorney kammer. So many unnecessary games have been played with this law firm. I had to email the marketing team just to get nothing done . I feel sorry for the people who have to deal with this law firm. Me and my family can’t properly move forward until we get what’s owed to us. I’ve been more than patient with this issues . It took no time to wrongful foreclosure on the property. Now that my family is owed surplus funds . They want to drag their feet on what’s owed to me and my family . Horrible
They sell foreclosures for banks and mortgage companies but refuse to provide updates to buyers wishing to purchase them. Wouldn't that result in less buyers, less bids, less money for their clients.
Every large attorney group we deal with (about 10 or so) allows you to make sure a foreclosure is still going to the courthouse except for Padgett. They have no website for this and if you call they refuse info. They claimed it was law except other attorneys based out of same state do offer this. All of us in this line of business hate to see Padgett and we do not want to even look at foreclosures handled by Padgett.
Unprofessional, do yourself a favor and keep searching for a law firm to represent you.
This is the WORST company to ever deal have to try to deal with. No one will ever return your call! You actually have to get ahold of the original lenders to have anything done, and even then just cross your fingers. The person that I was told that I had to speak to does NOT even exist in their company employee list as of this date. So no, I have nothing politely to say about this unless company except that their office girls are are very polite in pretending that they are concerned.
