There is no better option than Lauren and her team as a first time home buyer, or as any home buyer for that matter! She fought for me to get a credit from the seller (that I didn’t expect to get), were able to negotiate closing details when we ran into issues with my loan, and made sure no detail went unnoticed when it came to my contract. There were multiple issues on the seller’s side throughout our process and she handled them all seamlessly and quickly. Her ability to communicate so well with my lender also made so that things were being handled for me behind the scenes before I even knew about them! She fought for seller to cover additional expenses that I was not expecting but she made it happen. I loved her professionalism and her personality. Lauren was fantastic! As first time home buyers and a young couple she treated us with the up-most respect, and we were comfortable asking her any and all question that we had.
