Not even a star is deserved for this people WORST. Service even Ms Pacheco is very rude and not helpful.. instead of been on the clients side.. she is in the oposite site helping them instead of helping she stress me morw and nothing gets done. The WORST of the WORST....

DO NOT SEEK HELP HERE! They were very rude when I would ask about my case, as if i was annoying them...if they get paid to do something, I should expect them to do their damn job!
