Took our case, never completed the case (only one piece completed), one attorney stopped working there and I was never notified and nobody picked up where she left until I inquired several times, then we were told, via email, stating she would no longer be handling these types of cases and then kept the additional money given after the initial retainer. We, my daughter and I, truly entrusted this law firm. How sad that you would keep funds that you were well aware that we would need to hire another attorney and that you would not need since no longer handling. The worst part, you knew the circumstances! No further instructions, simply left high and dry. I sent 2 letters via email and have called. Completely ignored my attempts to contact and resolve. Lack of accountability, professionalism, and greed. Extremely disappointing and unethical. I will not recommend.
