You are very welcome Tonya. You earned it!!! Too often people fail to commend individuals when they deliver great customer service. However, they may be quick to write about a negative experience. Regrettably I am not up to speed with posting. Do you have a company policy that prohibits you from posting at the customer's request? If so I completely understand. It was just important to me to let you know the impact and impression you made on me . interaction.

My experience with the Yost Legal Group was awesome! They worked hard to get me the settlement I deserved in my auto case. My attorney Sharon Reece was top notch and kept me updated throughout the process.

I had a very niche legal issue where my car was trapped in a partially collapsed parking garage. I’ve contacted many law firms to inquire about possible options or recommendations. Not only was Yost the ONLY firm to have a lawyer call me, but they got back to me the same day. The lawyer called and truly listened to my issue, even though he knew it wasn’t something they could help with. He tried to think of other solutions or referrals. Meanwhile other law firm’s would take my information and never get back to me OR their receptionist would cut me off, say they couldn’t do it and hang up before I could get a word out. While Yost was unable to take on my case they didn’t write me off and I think it is telling of how they would handle cases they can take on.

Yost Legal Group, specifically Bruce Powell, was responsible for winning a civil case that I honestly didn't think I had a chance of winning and receiving any compensation. Anyone can understand that morally, I was due these funds, however, I did not really expect such an outcome. While the award pales in comparison to the injuries and damage, Bruce was able to obtain a life-changing payout. I've always struggled financially, and the unfortunate circumstances behind the case was a devastating blow, however, this award has provided financial security that I have never had and has changed the trajectory of my family. Long live Bruce Powell and Yost Legal Group!

My family experienced a very tragic situation that changed us all instantly. Never imagined we would ever need legal counsel fir something like what we went through. However, there I was in need with absolutely no idea of how to move forward. I checked review after review and made my decision to place full trust in the Yost "family" . I choose to use the word "family" instead of team because the connection made was that of an instant family. My situation took 4 years to conclude and at no point were rushed to a decision, forced into any decisions we weren't in agreement of, and most importantly we were respected. Initially, we had Ms. Devia (spell check) and Mr. Yost himself handling things and then we were assigned Mr. Sam Pulver; even the secretary Ms. Lisa, did way more than just take messages and/or send emails. She extended the olive branch multiple times; many times I found myself in tears in need of a shoulder and/or ear and without hesitation extended it. When service providers weren't doing their jobs; I was notified and was able to effectively provide support in finding and securing the correct and most appropriate support for my family member with their help. Mr. Sam, boy Mr. Sam, if words could truly express how my heart feels; google would would cut my review up to fit! ALL that can be said is Sam is the MAN! A true gem, a true hero in my family members eyes, a true advocate and an authentic HUMAN. His personality matches his professionalism; supportive, trustworthy, transparent and most importantly non-judgmental. Overall, I highly recommend for your unfortunate legal matter.
