I’d like to advise anyone who is looking for an attorney for a car accident DO NOT hire Carlos Cavenago. He and his team do not communicate with you about your case and when you can get a hold of them they don’t explain the processes they are doing for you clearly, leaving you in the dark the whole time. When I have spoken to him both in person and over the phone he doesn’t seem to explain things to me clearly and when I wanted to close my case he lied to me about him HAVING to do another process for him to close my case. When I finally reported him to the Florida Bar for not communicating to me clearly he finally decided to close my case like I asked him to two months ago. When I finally came to pick up my check he gave me an attitude and told me to “make sure I didn’t have another car accident” again being extremely unprofessional. He and his team have given me nothing except reasons to distrust them and their services. Unfortunately this was my experience with this attorney.

Jonathan Martin handled my accident case. He is professional, compassionate and knowledgeable. I greatly appreciate everything he did for me, it relieved a lot of stress.
