shoutout to Roberto for being a genuinely approachable and flexible account rep (and human being), I reached out to him with a lot of questions and expected a lot of frustration but he was not only very approachable and considerate, he wasn’t pushy like any other rep I’ve worked with at my other agency (credit corp solutions). we found a good resolution the same week I called.

Scum bags. They sent me a settlement offer for Target. Then insisted they couldn’t take the amount THEY offered. They had to round up to the nearest dollar. Then REFUSED to send me a receipt after taking a payment of $812. I requested a receipt 5 times and was initially told they would email one. They emailed me another Settlement offer. No receipt. Refused to type an email stating I paid. They also sent me someone else’s personal settlement letter. With their name, address and settlement amount and account number.

They sent a letter telling me they were getting ready to open a "lawsuit against me" for something that has been resolved and closed for almost 10 years now. I called my lawyer as soon as I got the paper from my neighbor (they sent it to the wrong address) and my lawyer told me not to worry because, These people are 3rd party debt collectors that buy out old debts from different companies. If you owed an old debt they'll try to bring it up again with a paper saying they are getting ready to take you to court, and to visit their website so you they can SCAM you into starting a "payment plan" with them when in reality you dont have to do NOTHING. DON'T LET THESE PEOPLE SCAM YOU!!! Oh and look closely at the letter and notice the typos these people got my zip code, apartment number wrong and mispelled my last name. If you're going to try and scam people at least make it look REALISTIC. And another thing, My lawyer has a buddy who works for the legal department for "Veros Credit" the company they claim to "represent" if Veros was suing me, they'd use their OWN LEGAL DEPARTMENT, and not some 3rd party debt collectors that can't even get something as simple as a zip code correct.

Thieves! I reached a one-time single payment settlement with these people, which I paid. Then, they decided to help themselves to my bank account and take additional money they were NOT entitled to under the terms of the settlement. They have committed fraud and breach of contract! Do not deal with these people if you can help it! When I called them on it, they agreed to return the money - and that was nearly a month ago. They claim they sent me a check - I have yet to receive this mystery check. And every time I have called them on it, it's been another excuse. They have blamed: Weather in the midwest, the postal service, me, and any number of other things. It's a different story every time I talk to them. I just want my money back!

I moved across the country and changed my bank. I forgot to tell them my bank name changed ( mind you I have over 20 accounts to change with utilities , rent, moving , so forth) instead of accepting this mistake and letting me make my payment from my new account. They stopped allowing me to pay on auto pay despite being loyal to my auto payments for over a year. And told me to either call [which takes well over 5 minutes with their spiel they run through] during my work hours or submit online. Clearly I would prefer online but guess what. That option is blocked for me now too. I tried to contact my representative to whom I never heard back from and now today I received a letter saying our agreement is canceled. They make zero effort to work with people.
