Bad experience for my partner! He got dropped as a patient the previous week of his once a month appointment without notice! This is a patient that suffers from chronic pain from bad hernia surgery. He is on opiates and has been for many years after 7 nerve blocks, various injections and nothing helped. He can’t function from this severe pain and this clinic dropped him as a patient without telling him. He even had a phone appointment at 5:30 to renew his scripts and the PA said she would call him back but never did! No communication about him being dropped! He does have an appointment with the Cleveland Clinic in May and this clinic knows that. Non professional, no sympathy, no empathy! I hope they never ever have to endure this kind of chronic pain themselves! Thank God I was able to find him a new doctor on a Friday before the weekend. It was a very very stressful situation!
The front desk staff here are awesome and handle patients with care and professionalism! (Even the impatient ones) the assistants in the back always make me feel comfortable and are knowledgeable and Dr. Vandehey always listens to my concerns and addresses everything I need. During this time I appreciate the extra precautions they take all while remaining friendly! Thank you ladies and Dr. Vandehey! It is appreciated!
Congratulations on your new practice. The new office space is very homey and the windows are great. Looking forward to meeting the new staff. I would highly recommend Allen Park Family Physicians, Dr. VanDeHey, and Dr. Bauer to anyone looking for a great Family Practice doctor.
Dr. Vandehey and his staff are wonderful. To find a good Doctor who actually listens and cares is a rarity in this day and age. He is a very intelligent man, immediately correctly diagnosing an ailment many other Doctors misdiagnosed over the years. Thank you Doctor!
DrVandehey has a great bed side manner. Great personality and to top it all off he is,a awesome Doc .He has been taking vare of myself and my family for many years. Just love that guy:)
