Terrible service! I did my procedure on 10/29/23 and I was in horrible pain, sharp pain in my stomach and my trachea and it felt like my chest was breaking and I couldn’t breathe. Then after 2 weeks I was supposed to see him around 9 am, I come to the place and it’s extremely PACKED. And this office lady told me to “wait”. Flash forward to 10:30 I see its past my appointment time so I go back to that same office lady and she told that there were people who had appointments before me, and she reassured me that it was one person who came before me, and I said “That’s not my problem because you guys overbooked yourselves and I need to speak to the doctor because I’m in extreme pain and my appointment was at 9 and I came before that” she told me that she would speak to the doctor. An literal hour passes and it’s now 11:30 and multiple people came even though she said it was one person who came, so then I realized soon I’d have to pick up my kids from school at 12:30 so I go back to her for the last time and I repeatedly told her that I have to pick up my kids by 12:30 and she said “when it’s your turn I will call you” and I said “You can cancel the appointment and give me my refund if I cannot speak to the doctor and give me a copy of my procedure” so then she went back to the doctor and she gave me my refund and my copy of my procedure and I left. THIS IS A HORRIBLE PLACE WITH 0% TOLERANCE FOR PEOPLES TIME. THE PROFESSIONALISM IS 0%. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS PLACE TO THE PEOPLE READING THIS REVIEW!

I went to this doctor back in 2020 for stomach issues that began likely due to the stress from COVID. Since I am in my 40’s, I also had a colonoscopy performed. Dr. Cohen did an unnecessary biopsy. Cancer does not run in my family, and there was no need. Ever since then, my life has been full of pain. Physical and emotional distress. I live every day with stomach issues. I spent two years going to doctors because I developed severe GERD and neurological issues. There are times when I cannot burp, which causes a feeling of suffocation. My tracheae always hurts. It’s a feeling of someone choking me. Wearing a mask only exacerbates the breathing problem. This doctor has destroyed my life, and I will never forgive him. I was a healthy guy, simply going to make sure everything was working, and this doctor ravaged my existence. No one understands what I go Through every day. I will look into getting a lawyer.
