We have used Paul Davis twice - for a major kitchen remodel and then for a significant remodel to an upstairs bathroom and I simply could not be more pleased. Their staff was professional, skilled and a delight to work with. The quality of their work has been uniformly superb and the extra care and attention they paid to both their craft and keeping a spotless job site were inspiring. I would not hesitate to give Paul Davis of South Central Wisconsin my highest possible recommendation.
We received excellent customer service from Craig Will. He coordinated our project with efficiency and professionalism. He listened to my concerns and acted on our behalf in getting the repairs to our home completed.
We have had three major remodeling projects with Paul Davis: a kitchen and two bathrooms. The Paul Davis staff was professional, thorough, great at staying in touch and delivered an exceptional final project. They stayed on schedule and on budget, kept us in the loop about any changes or challenges, hired great subcontractors and cleaned up everyday and at the end of the projects. I can't recommend them enough and would definitely hire them again.
They restored our older home after a serious fire. All staff and sub contractors were courteous, hard working and reassuring. Dealt with art work and family memorabilia in professional and thoughtful manner. Fine work, fine people to deal with in a stressful situation.
Brent Ehlenback along with Francisco, Jason and Mike were top notch! I had water come into a basement window from a water spicket and soak our carpet padding and a wall, within 20 minutes of calling, Brent was here assessing the damages and contacting his team to get things back to normal. I wouldn't use or recommend any other company for issues with water or any other item that they fix! They are also very fair and understanding to the fact that my insurance claim was denied because the water came from outside. Outstanding customer service, they definitely treat you like a neighbor!
