This place does NOT do their fiduciary responsibility or duties to protect any of their clients this law firm is a joke and should be shut down by the state of Florida for compromising all their clients they were guardians for. This is corruption and legal malpractice!!! TRASH lawyers, trash company, and won’t be around MUCH longer.

Paul's representation of me was an embarrassment. The only thing worse than the representation was his communication about the representation. After receiving poor service and parting ways, I received a bill from Mr. Cowan about which I had many questions. He literally ignored the questions I had in multiple emails until many months later when he placed a lien on my grandmother's estate to make sure he collected his fee. Disgusting.

Mr. Paul is extremely professional, he took the time to understand our particular situation and provided detailed guidance in in our process. Mr. Cowan had been working with us for the last three years assisting us with our son guardianship. I have to say he is always busy and is dificult to speak to him, but you need to understand when you are working with the best attorney in Miami dealing with provate law you need to figure you are not the only client.
