The staff could care less about urgency. The nurse practitioner suggested an MRI for back pain. I was told I was going to get called back after approval. I week went by, and I received a letter that it was denied by insurance. I called the office to check. They tell me they know and that they are going to resubmit. No calls for yet another week. I got another letter that it was approved. Give it a few days and no call back. I called the office yet again and they told me I have to schedule it myself with Borg & Ide imaging. I scheduled my MRI and 2 days before I got a call from Borg & Ide canceling the appointment because it was only approved for Rochester Reginal... I called back to the office for them to tell me that yes it was in their system. Here is the number for me to call Regional. Now I have to wait a whole month to get the exam.

This place is absolute trash. This is by far the worst medical experience I’ve ever had. A fusion that did not take, and he will not deal with me any further. He pushes you out of the office, listens to nothing you say. Avoid at all costs!!

My surgery was this past May 2022. It was an eight hour surgery divided up into two days I had rods, screws, spacers, bone graft. From S1 to L1. I feel the best I have felt in 20 years. I had pain across my back, both hips and down both legs all the way to the ankles. The pain is gone. It was constantly between an eight and 10. No, it is between a one and three. I think the little bit of pain that I have right now is due to batteries from a spinal stimulation device that need to be removed. And I think that pain is nothing to do with my back problem. I am so grateful to Dr. Witbeck for what he has done . I could never imagine being this much free of pain. I think God for giving him the talent, the knowledge, and the use of his hands,. I am forever grateful.

Wife had fallen in February with neck injury was told couple months later needed ortho spine surgeon by ecmc. We made appt his PA crystal is awesome of course didn't see him After 6months of mris and epidural shots we finally meat him he is the rudest doctor I have EVER met said she was just gonna have to live with pain (she couldn't even walk at this point) from a neck injury) I said what's next what if this was your wife he said she would have to deal with Took her to clinic in Cleveland and they found problem in first visit no surgery required
