So I hired Dan for my habitual traffic offender case and he was the only lawyer around the Tampa Bay Area who was straight forward and told me what he can do. He was very down to earth and understanding and because of him he saved my life and I got my license back. I highly recommend him and his law firm. It’s worth every penny I promise. Horrible. Did not review any of my discovery, case was totally beatable. 6 violations by new port richey police, 2 including lying about me killing someone, and the police department shutting off their cameras when they thought it was one of their new employees. Asked her multiple other questions about my discovery and she couldn’t answer. Told be to take 18 months probation and early term at 9 months, then said she couldn’t even get the early term.

I spoke to several lawyers before hiring this law firm. Both Dan and Stephanie are former prosecuting attorneys and they drew on their experience from the other side of the table. They knew exactly what to expect and they were thorough and honest. They were responsive, non judgmental and easy to talk to. My case had a grim outlook but they worked together to get the best possible outcome and I couldn't be happier with the results. There is no one I would rather have in my corner.

Hired Dan awhile back to fight a felony case for a family friend. Dan was informative, professional, quick and successful. I find myself leaving this review a few years later after coming back yesterday to hire him again. Hopefully he will take the case and knows property law equally well

Hired this firm several years ago to represent a family member. I found Stephanie to be arrogant and lazy. The fees may be reasonable compared to competent attorneys, but overpriced for the services provided. The attitude that came with it was at no extra charge. ;-) I can assure you I am a "real" person, and so is my relative whom I hired this law firm to represent. It is my choice to remain anonymous for the sake of my relative. My review stands as is. I see you've received a few 5 star reviews since then, and I'm wondering if they are real.
