Payne & Payne

The team at Payne and Payne was wonderful to work with. Every detail was addressed with such professionalism. I really appreciated their responsiveness and on time approach. I love my new home!!! Thank you. It could not have been a better experience.

We have built seven homes and far and away Payne & Payne was the best experience we encountered with a builder. The team we worked with (Michael, Darrell, & Bob) were outstanding and the build was completed on the date promised with less than ten punch list items (which probably would not have been on the punch list if the suppliers could have delivered before closing). There have been several post closing follow-ups by the team to see how we liked our new home and to see if there was anything further we needed.

Payne & Payne made the process of building a new home enjoyable! All steps of the process, from staking the lot until closing, were clearly communicated and on time. Handled all changes and adjustments with on a timely and professional basis. All members of the P & P team were terrific! Could not have been more pleased with the process nor our new home!

We had very high expectations for Payne & Payne, which were exceeded. The standard of excellence and communication are big differentiators. As always, it's about the people. P&P have excellent people who are total professionals. We asked lots of questionsand plenty of advice. Without bias, P&P vetted our many questionsand offerred recommendations to consider. I think we took all the advice given. When we wanted to explore things like closed cell insulation or sourcing a craftsman to make copper roofs, they were there to sort it out for us. P&P invited collaboration and delivered great results. While we are happy to be finally moved in; we miss working with P&P already. Highly recommend.

(Update) Apparently, I have been messaging wrong person regarding several issues I had. Gary from Payne and Payne stopped by few days later and addressed all my issues promptly. It appears that we just had simple communication errors. I really appreciated how Gary identified issues right away and gave me several options for solution. I am confident that I won't have the problem of reaching someone from on. (Old Post) I just moved into new building built by Payne and Payne few months ago. Unfortunately I already started to notice few things going wrong with the house. The biggest problem is that one of the room in second floor has a small leak in the ceiling. I contacted multiple times but I haven't heard back from the builder which was very disappointing since I thought they had a good reputation in the area. Also my power went dark multiple times even though it is not tripping circuit breaker. It only last short times normally so I only mentioned it once but again no response from the builder. I understand that contractors are busy now days but I would think that contractors would make sure their job is done right at least for an year. Unfortunately, I am getting stonewalled I am not sure reason for it. Is that how Payne and Payne normally operates? I am writing this review partially so I might hear from others whether is is typical thing you should expect from the company or maybe I am being discriminated against due to my personal circumstance. If anyone have any advice on what I can do, I would appreciate it greatly.
