Jonathan Silver ESQ

I went to Dr. Silver after having suffered from a TBI. Dr. Silver put me on 200mg of Lamotrigine and later on added 10mg of Olanzapine for what he deemed to be a Bipolar Disorder diagnosis. These medications that I was on for over 5 years along with their high dosage for my size (a 5’2 90lbs female) kept me on a state of “trance” and basically left me unable to properly function. Anytime I went to Dr. Silver and told him my symptoms he would simply up my dose and dismiss me. After getting tired of living like this, I decided to go to a different specialist who told me it was completely unacceptable to get diagnosed with a disorder right after a TBI, tampered me off my medications, and didn’t charge over $300 for 30min sessions. I’ve been medication-free for four years and thankfully, have been able to get my life back on track. However, I still hold a lot of pain for the years of my life that were waisted under Dr. Silver’s treatment as I was merely in my early 20’s.
