Kevin and his staff are great! They are always really helpful. My Domestic Violence case was resolved by plea in abeyance. Kevin was very helpful at explaining and helping me make sense of the process each step of the way. If I have any other cases I would recommend Kevin.
Absolutely amazing. I was in a tough spot and needed a lawyer who could help not only with a divorce but other legal issues. Daniel more than stepped up and was with me every step of the way. I got my life back on track thanks to him.
I highly recommend Rocky Mountain Defenders! The whole staff was very helpful and kept me informed. My case was handled quickly, professionally and I felt like they really cared. Excellent firm.
I highly recommend this company. I got charged for a DUI case that is worth fighting for and I have been looking for the right attorney that fits my case needs. I called around to a lot of places and this company is by far the most helpful so far. This company is very informative and knowledgeable with years of experience. Before I even paid this company, I was helped with kindness and patience and walked through the beginning of my case process. I appreciate how informative they are and they even take payments over the phone after business hours. I look forward to working with this company and I am excited to see the results for the future. Thank you so much for working with me and for all of your help!
Can’t say I would highly recommend nor would I say that I don’t recommend using Kevin and his team. Overall I think it was a waste of money and a public defender or just self representation would have done the exact same job and it would have been free. That being said I have not had a bad experience with anyone or any process of Rocky Mountain Defenders I just feel like they didn’t really do anything to help me. Kevin was there for 2/5 court dates and I had to reach out to the office for both occasions to have him get on the zoom meeting pushing me back and making my zoom court dates both well over 2 hours each. Kevin gave very little help in the negotiation process with the prosecution and just told me that it’s up to me but I should take the first and initial plea deal they were offering and obviously didn’t read my case or watch any of the footage from the incident. So with that, if you want representation just to take a plea in abeyance which you can get just by representing yourself then definitely worth the money.
