I called the office to ask some questions about getting guardianship over a family member with severe dementia and psychiatric issues. The entire process of the death of his only caregiver is an almost impossible system to navigate. Every phone call we have made trying to get resources and services have ended with a “no”. The people in the office could not understand why I was feeling frustrated and did not display the emotional intelligence required for sensitive legal matters.

Don't even bother. These people are not worth your time or money. If you look up the word "lazy" in the dictionary, chances are they will be used as the definition. I hope the owner of the company reads this and fires his/her incompetent Yoda aged receptionist. 1 star rating because I couldn't give a -5 rating.

I called them and the secretary didn’t understand what I was telling her, I called her back and read the Decree and questioned EVERYTHING on it!!! I had to ask who she was working for. I found a different attorney for our case. Waste of time!!

Professionalism at its finest. Mike and Frank are good people. They will either help you or steer you where you need to go to get the help you need.
