Aaron is a a lawyer first and foremost, yes. He's there to represent you. But, he's also very helpful in the sense that he will give you his best advice, guide you, and almost be somewhat of a support system if that's what you need. He's very honest, straight up, and gets to the point. He also gets his job done. And he's very workable. I wouldn't use anyone else, and I've recommended and would recommend him to anyone that needs legal advice or counsel. Thanks Aaron.
Mr. Pembleton represented me during my divorce. He was very helpful during such a hard time. He was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had. He explained all of the legal terms with custody and visitation thouroghly and didn’t allow me to settle for anything less than I deserved. I highly recommend him!
Genuine person, who is very familiar with law, loyal to his clients , discreet, you name it and he can handle it. I would highly trust & recommend this Attorney. ~ S~
I've just contracted with Mr. Pembleton to represent me in my handling the completion of my divorce proeedings. My initial Consultation is what I'm reviewing today, but will continue throughout the process. So far I am feeling confident that I've made an excellent selection out of the many choices available in Bartlesville. Mr. Pembleton was a good listener and displayed 100% professionalism without making me feel uncomfortable. He expressed that complete honesty of information be provided to him.... and also promised the same in return. I asked what his prior experience was and he was detailed and honest. I was a little taken back after finding out the cost of the initial retainer since I had spoken to and quoted a lower retainer from another local Attorney. I do, however, feel that his hourly fee is fair. So to wrap this up for now......I did have other options moving forward where I could have specifically selected a more seasoned 'Divorce' Attorney, but Mr. Pembleton has many years of experience in the courtroom as a Assistant District/Prosecuting Attorney, thus, very competent in the courtroom. This also confirms him as an excellent communicator. His other vast experience can be beneficial in divorce proceedings, specifically relating to taxes and property. These reasons say volumes to me. Finally in regards to my hesitation regarding the initial retainer....I finally signed the contract, taking all into consideration and with confidence that those funds would be utilized by him doing his best on my behalf.
