I can't say enough good things about Drew! He has been my attorney for over four years and has stuck by my side through a very long and stressful process with keeping my son protected. He has gone to bat for me and definitely cares for his clients. My situation was not normal and he took it head on. Highly recommend him. Thank you for everything!!
Drew was helpful in getting me in the direction I needed to go, which I definitely appreciate! However, I was a little upset about lack of communication from the office and Mr. Pendlebury himself. Once I paid the retainer fee, I had to call to check up several times over the course of a month or so because I hadn’t heard back from him in a long time. This happened twice. He did apologize for not getting back to me the first time and acknowledged that it was his error. With this being said, I would suggest to go with another lawyer who might be a little more attentive.
Thank you to both Drew and Amber who helped me with my case and making sure things were done correctly as soon as possible yet still within the reasonable time frame. Amber made sure to keep updated on all proceedings and updates within my case while still being able to answer any of my questions I had. The whole team was marvelous , and if I ever need some assistance again I’ll be sure to reach out to them immediately!! Thanks guys for being great !!
Fast, friendly, helpful, caring, and amazing people to work with. I highly recommend Pendlebury Law offices.
Last week I received a letter from Pendlebury law office with an invoice saying I owed them over $2,000 and that I would be sent to collections unless it was paid. I have NEVER used anyone in their office, or worked with an Attorney before, at all. I called the office, and the front desk person told me I would need to wait until the person who sent the letter was back in the office. She couldn't tell me who they were looking for, or why my name was attached to this person who owed their office. I called their office the next day, and spoke to the paralegal who sent the letter. She told me multiple times how I had hired their office for a divorce (never been divorced) and that I had used their services, and that I owed them this money. She wouldn't listen that they had sent the letter to the wrong person, and that I didn't appreciate being sent a letter, saying owed them, and they had the wrong person. She told me they just do google searches and try and find people. I looked and in the first search I did I found the person they were looking for, and where they are located. I told her that now, my name, and my address, is now tied to the person they were looking for in their billing system, when that is incorrect. It seems like someone you are paying to do research you would want them to do a better job than what they did for their attempt to collect money. Overall unimpressed and disappointed in their response to their mistake, and I was never offered an apology.
