Attorney does not follow up or return phone calls in a timely manner. It took 1 month and a week for me to get a call back. Attorney is too passive against opposing parties.
Extremely unprofessional! Could not remember details of case or my name! Never made a single move on my case for one year! Lied about payments then when asked for refund gave me a check for a fraction of money and it bounced!
