Found all the employees i encountered to be helpful without any bad attitude. When i collapsed at last stop, the lady kept me from hitting my head on floor, security officer brought me wheelchair, lady helped me order UBER ride hailed mt ride and escorted me into car going above and beyond duty and very pleasant about it. Soo courteous and helpful. I got my new drivers picture id, car registration address corrected, and car title in roughly 1 1/2 hours. Counter clerks moved swiftly and professionally through the customers. Thank you for good experience.

It used to be a long waiting period. Not so today. Personnel were very friendly and courteous. The whole process, including photograph, took roughly 15 minutes. Awesome!

This office is very corrupt. I purchased a vehicle, paid the title transfer and Penn Dot refused to give me the title I paid for. They said they mailed it twice then lied that theres no such vehicle title on record. All in emails that I have printed out to file a corruption complaint against them. It turns out on the federal department website numerous Penn Dot staff been arrested before so this isn't new crime to them. They play it like a game.

First time here and seems to be well organized with many service windows. Head to the customer service kiosk window, tell them what you need. They'll give you a number then you wait until your number is called. I was in and out in 15-20 minutes with my mission accomplished!

I still remember the old days in NJ when I had to wait an hour or more of red tape to get a driver's license or car registration. These days were long gone after moving to PA. But I was still blown away when I visited this 2 year old new facility. I renewed my driver's license online but I still have to get my photo taken. Now I found there's a new driver's license center closer to home than the PennDOT Driver & Vehicle Services on the other side of the river, so I decided to stop by. The interior space was noticeably vast and clean. The moment I walked in, I saw the check-in kiosk. But before I got to touch it, I was greeted by a staff behind the plexiglass. He gave me a number and directed me to the waiting area for phones. Before I even sat down, I heard my number called in the PA system. No kidding! I wasn't sure but I stopped by the assigned window anyway. Sure enough I'm being served! The service agent asked for my older license and asked me to sit down and take my picture. My "mug shot" showed up on the big screen in front of me and I was asked if I liked the picture. I had her take another shot. Then I was told to wait. 10 minutes later my name was called and I was handed both my old and new driver's licenses. So I was in and out in less than 20 minutes in this state of the art government facility. I'm totally impressed! Too bad I only get to enjoy this efficiency every 4 years. While this facility is new, the mall it is situated in is rather dumpy however. That said, ironically there's a Fine Wine & Good Spirits just 2 doors down. How ironic and convenient! I bought a bottle of red wine to piggyback with this errand.
