If you owe money just call them there the nicest people in the world , don't be rude to them , and get a payment plan I was scared at first but it's been pleasant, they'll work with you , allways pay by money order and get them to stamp the receipt and write the balance owed left with there signature. As long as you communicate with them and show initiative that your paying it won't be any problems

Sadly, this company does not want you to fully pay off the debt you owe. I suspect they are dealing with financial hardship themselves and they want to squeeze as much out of people as possible, especially if the balance you owe isn’t profitable to them by much… If you call to see if you can do anything to prevent the judgment with intentions of paying off your debt in fully before it escalates to court they will say they are still taking you to court for the judgment regardless…. Military and disability status, revolving around reasons for defaulting on your credit in the first place won’t matter. Trying to do the right thing won’t matter.

I received a wage garnishment letter and was scared to call due to past collection experiences. I spoke to Justine and she was the sweetest person. She showed so much kindness and understanding and never once talked down to me like I have had happen in the past. She was able to put me on a reasonable payment plan. This meant more to me than she will ever know!! Thank you Justine!!!

I was served a warrant in debt by this firm. Obviously, I panicked. I did research and read every review (which didn’t help). Finally got the courage to call and try to settle. Although this firm does NOT negotiate the debt, they were incredibly kind and pleasant to work with. I paid the debt in full and in a few days, I received a letter verifying that the debt was satisfied. A few days after that, I received confirmation from the court that the case was dismissed. I should mention that I was able to pay the amount owed in one payment, so my experience may be different from those who set up payment arrangements.

Specific to Kevin Sheppard. Great professionalism. Great customer service. Helped me with my issue. Showed compassion and acted like he cared about my problems. Best over all interaction with any debt collector I've ever had. 10/10!! Highly recommend dealing with him. I felt more of a human than a number talking to him. He valued my privacy.
