18 months. 18 months since my father has passed away, 16 of which attorneys at this law group have been 'handling' a wrongful death suit my mother filed. She's gone months at a time without contact, not an update, our families emails and phone calls have been ignored and not returned. A constant 'passing' around of the case from one attorney to another. This is how this place handled the case of a grieving widow who lost so much. Absolutely disgusting, deplorable and unprofessional. The lowest descriptions in my mind of these people and how they handled this (or not, rather) wouldn't be adequate enough to accurately represent their behavior or inaction while a widow waited. If there was no case to be won, no harm no foul. But for a year and a half it was 'pending' while no one felt it necessary to reach out even for a simple update. They should be ashamed of themselves. I am literally disgusted. But hell, I'm sure if your particular case may pay out millions you'd have to put their number on do not disturb so you could have some peace and quiet.
