Worst experience to see from a lawyer he was with the tenant that I was trying to evict it took him 7 months to get a judgment and the judgments was forgiving the tenant for about 13 k worth of rent and charge me $3200 on the top of that noting that the tenant didn't have a loyer .I can't imagine the losses if they do .lol

Peter is extremely smart and helpful. He helped me in the past and was very gracious with his time.
