Please stay away from this attorney. Read the reviews. I wish I had. It seems like everyone else has had a similar experience as I. He has caused me to lose 4 years with my kids. He is unable to speak clearly in court and will not address any of the issues in your defense. He recently missed 2 of my court dates (one virtual and one in person). In December he used the wrong link for a virtual meeting. Last week he had the wrong court date. We showed up to court and they said, "where were you yesterday". Both times this caused the case to be dropped and had to be resubmitted. The past 15 months have been a waste of time and money for all parties involved. DO NOT listen to his advice or opinions. And PLEASE do not retain him. I copied and pasted this from the review I left with the Chamber of Commerce. Please read those reviews also.

Completely lazy lawyer I wouldn’t suggest him to even the people I hate. Had everything I needed for a custody case. And he said he would take the case before seeing the paperwork I had. And when I come up with the retainer. He finally looks at the paperwork of my case and denied services.

He "represented" me in my divorce and did absolutely nothing for me but take my money. I was residing out of state during the process so that was difficult enough. When I was instructed to show up to court in person, I never had a chance to see the judge and speak for myself. Kristal and the other lawyer "met" with the judge in her quarters and "finalized" things. Nothing about the case felt right but my hands were tied.

I went to Peter with a child custody Case. I had such a terrible experience with him as my attorney When you hire someone to do a service you expect results or at least to be treated well. I had to On more than one occasion remind him that I paid him to be my attorney as If it should have mattered in the way my case was handled. He tried to convince me to basically give my kids father what he wanted in regards to our custody case. He at one time during our court proceeding came out and told me that we would possibly lose the case because the other attorney was doing well. Then in the end of the hearing. He told myself and my sister how the agreement would be and then it ended up being completely different. The emotional roller coaster of a child custody case is already mind boggling but for your attorney to add fuel to the fire is another feeling. Upon me calling Peter about the agreement that I was understood to have and in reality it had not been what he agreed to with the other attorney, he told me that the other attorney wouldn't lie to him and to just let my kids father pick them up from school. He spent a lot of time conversing with people in the halls rather than reviewing my case with me. I feel robbed of time with my babies. I would not hire him again.
