Do not use this guy. He will suck the money you have left out of you. He will pitch his past about how he handle pro athletes and he uses his staff for most of the work so you will not incur high hourly charges. He is worst than a New York Taxi driver. He also says how he does not like to play hard ball. Sure, that works for him to let the other lawyer throw 10 motions on you first so you have to pay $3000 a pop for him to defend them. I am not kidding, he actually told me the price per motion. I was in mediation for over 10 hours watching him fight with my ex's attorney. I ended up going outside and talking to her directly for 10 minutes and ended the battle. Any advice I could give would be go to mediation first or find a lawyer that does not live at the bottom of the barrel.
