I don't have any experience with lawyers and such but overall I had a good experience with them! I was rear ended and my vehicle was totaled back in September so I called them because they were recommended by a friend. We met at a chiropractor the same day I called and the initial visit was about 2 hours. It was a quite lengthy process overall and there were a few points we went without much communication such as during the the time I went to the chiro and then when they were getting all of the documents together but they had no updates for me so there was no need. Once we moved into negotiations everything went by pretty quickly. I received letters as well as follow up phone calls and such. We worked closely with Kelly in the beginning who was super sweet and then we worked with Tyson who was extremely professional and explained everything to me very thoroughly and had no problem answering my dumb questions. I see a lot of negative reviews on here but in my honest opinion, they've been great!

Weekly updates, I don't have to call to see status. They handled everything. I never spoke to the opposite side, I sent all correspondence to Petersen Johnson, they call a few days later with a status. Always talked to some one about status with my case. If they didn't have the answer right then. They called me back. Zero stress having them handle my case.
