Steve Pharr knows construction law inside and out... from a practical base of actual hands-on building and as a past President of the NC Bar he directed a committee of NC Lawyers to draft a construction contract specifically for residential construction that covered all the necessary legal content but was also short, unlike the 10 to 30 page documents that are normally used. Steve is a decent person, friendly but professional, easy to talk with and you feel confident in his abilities. He created a simple residential construction contract at a reasonable fee that my customers and I are comfortable with because it protects them and me equally.
