At first I was hesistant about hiring a lawyer for my no fault accident. I had heard great things about William Mattar from my close friend who's gone through them as well. When I called William Mattar for a free consultation, they were really helpful and reassured me that I was making the right decision. They helped me every step of the way, even dealt with my own insurance company when necessary, and always checked in on my recovery process. I felt like they truly cared about how I was doing and didn't feel like I was only a paying client to them. Communication was excellent and everyone working on my case introduced themselves to me. My case was taken care of in a timely fashion and was settled faster than I expected. Hopefully I won't have to use William Mattar again, but I hands down recommend them to everyone!

The William Mattar staff immediately consoled me on my very first phone call to them after my car accident. They were extremely empathetic & allowed me to ramble on, explaining the accident & how an irresponsible driver totaled my car & put me in a state of shock. They have been there for me with kindness & understanding every step of the way, always going over necessary details as many times as I needed. I felt so comfortable every time I called, that whoever I spoke with was so helpful & knowledgeable about my case. They continually kept me updated, advising me all along the way. They advised me to NOT post anything on Social Media, as it could potentially affect the case. The most important advise that they gave me was : EVERY accident related office visit MUST go through No Fault Insurance FIRST ! This will avoid many financial issues during the settlement of the case. They fought & fought until a satisfactory settlement was reached . Excellent client communication. They got both insurance companies to tender the full policies, insuring my dad got the maximum payout! Settlement/payout was achieved in 5 mos. All members of the legal time were professional and compassionate. As an attorney myself, I was impressed and grateful.
