When I had my auto accident, Phillips Law Offices were incredible. I worked with an amazing lawyer who stayed in constant communication with me throughout the whole process. They kept me informed and made sure I understood the details of what was going on and where the lawsuit was at all times. I found this law firm almost 5 years ago, and I chose to call them simply based on the reviews, and it was the best decision I made, from the moment I called and Stephen Phillips Jr. personally picked up the phone I knew I was hiring them, (other offices have a receptionist pick up calls) they were so kind and so empathetic to our situation and handled all details with sensitivity. I have been waiting for over a week for a call back and I have received nothing!! I looked at the reviews and just knew I was in for a great experience and I have been left with nothing!! If you can't or won't take someone, a call to at least tell them that would be great!! I hate companies that pick and choose!! How distasteful!
