Michael Phillips and his assistant Laura Arkin are wonderful, caring people. They were very kind and helpful in advising and doing the legal work necessary to get my disabled nephew the disability payments he needed to be able to live. Because of his disability, my nephew was difficult to work with at times, including being hard to contact and getting to important appointments on time.
