very friendly staff, however not very knowledgeable as to what the lawyers can handle. Was told I would receive a call withing 24 hours and after 72 hours I called back to be told that no lawyers could take my case as tey had more than 50 already. When it comes to business, I personally believe if you make a promise you should honor it and I would not be as disappointed as I am had someone called me back to inform me that the case could not be taken. I would think the office is smart enough to know you only have 60 days to appeal an SSI determination and time is very much against a disabled individual. My suggestion for the company is please contact your poetential clients when something like this happens instead of ignoring them completely.

I first came to Clifford for my daughter who is disabled and needed help with SSI issues. He did more than just help.
