After they quit on me. I was given my files and after receiving them found the law firm was asked by the judge and the opposition to provide them with CAT scans and other information they never asked me to have any tests done I sent them all the info I had. After years of waiting I get a call from them and they tell me all they can get me for a settlement won’t cover all my bills and they can maybe wave a bunch of fees and if I just settled they would try. All they wanted was an easy profit. I would never hire them ever again

Lauren was awesome ! She listened to all of my concerns and dispelled any doubt that I had about the process of getting my issue resolved. This review is not only for this location, but the firm in general. Maybe if they answered certified letters, this review wouldn’t be necessary. I was led to believe, over eight years ago now, that I would be taken care of, that I would be made whole. That was not the case. Non of my expectations were met, and I do not believe the 40% they took from me was deserved, contract or not. They should’ve been more understanding of my situation, and more considerate of my time as their client. I believe they saw how long they had my case on the books, and rushed it to an abrupt conclusion that was not in my favor at all… but they got paid anyway, right? I was not a priority to anyone there, and they couldn’t have cared less about the pain and suffering I’ve experienced, and still experience. I was forced into arbitration even though I had been told to expect a court date late this year. I believe my lawyer’s conduct was shameful, as she knew I have neurological issues, and certainly not able to make such decisions, forcing this arbitration, and talking me out of a trial, over and over, without a good explanation. I hope no one has to deal with these people, but if you must, watch them like a hawk, and be your own advocate, they certainly won’t be.

Our car was rear ended back in December 2020. I contacted Phillips Law Firm and gave them all my information concerning the accident. Phillips Law Firm fought long and hard for me and in the end got me a settlement that was more than just satisfactory. This firm pulls out all the stops and will stop at nothing to get their clients what they deserve.
