I had someone close to me who needed a defense attorney over a year and a half ago. Luckily he was referred to Terry Pierce. I'm in a business that deals with a lot of attorneys on a regular basis, my own dad is an attorney, and I can tell you without a doubt, Terry is one of the best!! He is down-to-earth, genuine & honest. He doesn't tell you what you want to hear, but rather what you need to hear. He is responsive to his client and makes himself available as much as possible, while entertaining all inquiries in a timely manner. He is a formidable adversary for any prosecutor while also being charismatic and friendly with the opponent, judge and jury. In this particular matter, he managed to get a hung jury in what seemed like an impossible case. He topped that off with recently getting charges dismissed. This was a journey I wouldn't wish on anybody, however I will be forever grateful it was with Terry. I would highly recommend him to anyone who might find themselves in a position in need of an attorney. He is wonderful to work with and at this point he is genuinely considered a friend. I almost like him as much as I like his dog!! :) If you're on the fence, let this be a sign - Terry is your guy!!

I am way late with this review. I apologize to the Pierce law firm. I was referred to Mr. Pierce from a family friend how has been our personal injury attorney for years. Pierce Law Firm was very reasonable and took care of my expungement. I would recommend Terry to anyone needing to have legal representation. I am extremely satisfied with his services.

If you need a lawyer that is very thorough and let you know what is going on, Terry is your guy! I've used him on a couple occasions and he did what he said he was going to do. He gets it done. He and his family is good Christian family that cares about his clients.
