Do not waste your time or money on this man!!! His due process draft was so shallow and it was evident he did not know my son or our situation. He sent one demand letter to the school and received no response, did no follow up and still took the entire 5k retainer. Dan Pingelton that's a poor business practice.
Dan is a very effective lawyer and a good guy. Before I hired him I consulted two other prominent CoMO lawyers. Both said: wow, your husband is really out for your blood—so Dan Pingelton is the lawyer for you! They were right.
Very seldom can we say money well spent but Mr. Pingelton's skill and knowledge are worth every penny if you're in a custody hearing as I was.
This guy is the worst!
