Great people! I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with this firm. Great lawyers, and the highest level of dedication and professionalism. They are so knowledgeable and caring, and get the work done. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.
Very bad firm to work with. Had a nursing home neglect case. Sister was punched in the mouth, stage four pressure wound, dehydration, negligence on the part of one nurse in particular. and 5 hospitalizations. Kept ushanging up to four weeks before our two year allowance to file a case and then tells us they cant help us. In that year of wasting our time, we never got a call back from anyone. They refused to return calls.for whatever reason. You see all their television commercials saying they will find out what happened. What a lie. Apparently, my sister didnt s uffer enough or something or they didnt feel like they were going to profit enough on the pain and suffering of my sister. This is a mystery to our family and fruends. Very suspicious
Called after an ad on Facebook regarding Monsanto claims. Was treated very nicely and then Erica forwarded to another firm and all have dropped the ball on the lawsuit...we haven’t heard a word for over three months after numerous phone calls...not having a good experience whatsoever! Don’t call if they’re just going to pass the ball to another and don’t care enough to stay abreast on your claim.
My brother saw your advertisement and called you regarding my father's case. We ended speaking to Laura Mullins and she always was there for me and my family. I leaned on her when my dads death was hard for me and she always was there to listen. The case didnt end well after waiting 3 years but that was no fault of Laura's. I blame the attorney that took the case, as after a while he seemed to lose interest and want to quickly settle the case. He said a bunch of things to me that had nothing to do with the case regarding my father medical history, and at a point I thought he was working for the defendant with trying to tell me that the settlement offer was the best I was going to get. Unfortunately Laura told me not to settle for less than 100k and my attorney got only 30k. His lack of effort he made at a deposition certainly made me question who's he was representing. I have let Laura know my issues so hopefully she won't be using him in the future. I did not take the settlement because there is a second part to my dads case that I want to investigate and hopefully find something that will allow me to go after Manor Cares license. As I was told that my father died from electrocution in his bed. After 4 years I was able to get confirmation that his bed had exposed wires underneath and when he was in the process of getting a chest xray, the tech went to adjust his bed and that is how he was electrocuted. Since there is no physical evidence, I am hoping with the help of the media (channel 2 and 9) that we can bring to light this and have Manor Care be held accountable as they did not tell this to us and we were led to believe he died from asphyxiate pneumonia. Sincerely Diane McClintock
I would never use,a firm that mentions clients full name's in replying to reviews. How unprofessional.
