The moment I met Mr Jeremy Liem last week, I knew he was the one lawyer that CAN help me resolve my difficult case. He is very thorough & trustworthy. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a Real Estate Lawyer!

After a phone conversation with Jeremy Liem we scheduled a 10AM to come in for a consultation for a $100 fee. My initial impression was that the office presented poorly. Mr. Liem did not arrive on time and at 10:12AM, I decided to just leave the office as I found the late start time unbecoming of an attorney. I went back to my car, called the second firm recommended to me, located only a block away. That firm took my paperwork on review without requiring the $100 fee, and they do not require a sit-down which I think is much safer for everyone. The offices were much nicer, there were two other clients in the waiting room (which suggests to me they are doing a higher volume of business) and in general the experience with the other firm was much more in line with my expectations for an attorney.

I was forced to use this law firm for my grandmother's trust. They were horribly inefficient and incompetent. Pipal incorrectly dispersed assets, once he retired another attorney Peter Spurzem took over. He was no better. There was absolutely zero sense of urgency in getting to a resolution. I had to call & email regularly for updates. He treated the trust settlement as a divorce case, taking the side of the trustee rather than fairly distributing to the beneficiaries. He even gave me an example of where he himself stole from his siblings. He nor this firm can be trusted and I recommend you go elsewhere. Added to respond to their feedback: Thank goodness I got my own attorney or I wouldn't have received anything! Only because of that, was I able to get what was rightfully left to me and my family as you had zero concern for following the law and dividing equally as stated in the trust. You were working solely for the trustee to get all that you could for him! Your office shouldn't be allowed to practice law!
