I represented buyers while Pirez represented sellers in a transaction. Will not recommend it. It is very difficult to deal with. - Mrs. Pirez: your response to my review just talks about you. You dont have to justify your lack of communication (reason for my review) with such a long story. My review also got you so upset that you read all of my reviews; Did you also noticed the ones I have left with 5 stars????. Let me clarify, the listing agent got upset because we requested a sellers disclosure, which is very standard in real estate in case you dont know that, she asked you to deal with me just because of that simple request. The fact that the buyers had their own title company has nothing to do with all the chaos that all of you created. Many years dealing with other realtors , law firms etc, and never experienced something like it. As the other law firm recommended, why dont you attempt to remove? , a simple apology for all the insults , the lack of respect to me and my clients , the delay caused by your firm to close the deal , etc... can change everything! , but you rather elevate the situation to another level instead of being more humble. I will not continue with this but I remind you that I was doing my job as well representing and looking for the best interests of my clients. I have all the emails as well and all of the UNRESPONDED emails.

Pirez Law Firm is first class when working with Buyers, Sellers, Lenders, and Realtors when it comes to closing transactions. I was very pleased with the way they worked with my client and they were very helpful every step of the way. Great Job.
