This is the worst collection company in the world you try to pay your bill. What collection company only has one form of payment. Terrible rude ignorant just unprofessional at all cost. They must work for Low wages cause to be this out dated is ridiculous to consider yourself at law firm. They set people up for failure. This should be against the law.

Why can't you take my payment on the same day every month? We agreed to a specific day of the month but yet you take it out between the 20th and the 1st. What's that about?

I wish I could give them 0 stars. They are an absolute joke. I supposedly have a judgement but was never served paperwork. I called to verify the debt and pay it, if it was in fact mine. Again, never served paperwork. Lady tells me my only option is to pay it. I told her that no sane person would just pay $2k "just because she told me to" when there was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING verifying the debt was mine. She again told me that her hands were tied and that I had one option and one option only. I was not rude at all, just very straight to the point, but she was awful from the get go. Pretty sure you HAVE TO PROVIDE PROOF OF THE DEBT??? So, now I have a judgement that I cannot pay because they refuse to send me any kind of paperwork showing that it is in fact my debt. 10/10 absolute joke of a company.

I owed almost $14,000 to another company & my check was garnished by them. I’m down to $3000 & called to ask if we could make an arrangement for the garnishment to be dropped & for us to agree on a set amount that could automatically be withdrawn from my check, but not break me. When she asked how much was being taken from my check & then how much I can reasonably afford to pay, she told me if they’re getting that much out of me they absolutely won’t settle for a lesser amount. The woman was rude & just didn’t want to work with me at all!

Very very unprofessional and rude people , they just call and ask details instead of mention who they are and why they tried to reach us. I wish I could give 0 for their rudeness Worst communication skills.
