Absolutely Awful. For over two years I have asked them to fix their drop down log in to sell solar srecs. The pjm-eis website is unusable and I have called them many times. They say "they are aware of the problem" or "try a different browser." They have never taken responsibility and fixed the problem. I can't log in to sell my SREC's. I hope with a new governor, NJ finds a new contractor for those of us with Solar. These guys are useless. I usually don't write negative reviews, but these don't seem to respond to anything else....maybe this will get them to fix this issue that should take an IT person a few minutes.
