I did not have a great experience with them from the beginning. When I FIRST was sent a contract, I said let me look this over and I'll give you a call/sign after I do. My handler told me that I was not allowed to hang up with him until I signed the contract which was weird to me. Like I'm not allowed to read this very long contract before I commit? You just want me to sign? The upload page on their website never worked, so I was told to email my personal info to them which was extremely unprofessional to me. The way things are easily hacked makes me uncomfortable emailing things with my full name/social on it. When I told my handler that I never hear from them, he proceeded to tell me that he's called me several times and that I don't answer the phone. I have called him back every single time he has called me, so not sure where that backhanded comment came from. All in all, the person who was assigned to me consistently made me feel belittled and not valued. When I brought this to his attention, it became a very aggressive conversation about what the company got deleted for me and how they don't understand what I'm mad about, even though I'm literally explaining what I'm "mad" about. I do truly regret the amount of money I paid for this service simply because of the customer service. I should have gone with my first gut instinct and went with a local service.

I have been working with Curtis and he has really been amazing we’ve been on this journey for almost 6 months and I have seen results each and every month and I couldn’t be any happier! I was starting to just give up with trying to repair my credit but then white Jacobs and associates have literally been life changing! I can’t wait to finish this process with Curtis and to hopefully get my family and I in our dream home soon! Thank you again Curtis you’re great! Definitely would recommend Mr Dorsey????

I was hesitant to spend money to work on fixing my credit, but I am so glad I did and that I chose WJ&A. I have had the pleasure of working with Ciara, who has been incredible. Her attentiveness, communication and advice have been above and beyond from the very start. Not only is she helping me achieve my credit goals, but she is pleasant to chat with and easy to access for questions. Everything has been smooth, upfront, well explained and most importantly, I feel as though I am getting more than what I paid for. 11/10 recommend working with her!! Clint was soooo helpful! I worked with him for about 4-5 months if I recall. He was able to get 4 collection accounts removed from my credit report due to discrepancies in the collectors' documentation. I am so so grateful for his help in repairing my credit score. In the time we worked together his assistance resulted in my credit score raising by about 80 points! He always responded to texts or calls very quickly, I never felt like I had to wait on answers to any of my questions. He did a really good job of breaking down terminology and information so that I could understand how credit reporting actually works. Clint was so awesome, you have to request his assistance if you work with this company. Thank you guys! You're amazing!!
