Try getting someone to return a call, text or email, it will take days. My husband was injured and we got what he would have received if he had of worked the days he was out recovering nothing passed that and by the time we got the check it was not worth the time spent talking on the phone going to hearings that kept being postponed so his employer could play dumb and drag out paying what he would have made had he been working there was no additional monies, pain suffering distress none of that and it took a year, Previn and galluci should have advised should have seen to it we got all of what was his, plus for the wait and their fees separate enough that all parties involved were paid accordingly they got their off the top and what we got wasn’t even a weeks pay.
