Nice guy and professional, but the appraiser was stubborn and didn't use reality in the appraisal process. Compared poor properties, and even though other smaller homes sold for more refused to adjust. Wish I could get my money back. I've had additional appraisers that agree, do not use. I'm not just complaining because I didn't get what I asked for, I'm complaining because all the valid points I raised were answered with illogical responses. Neighbor had a "drive by" appraisal that was more accurate.

We have worked with Frank for over 20 years in many real estate transactions. He is honest, hard working and we continue to work with him through moves to California, Minnesota, and Florida.
