Maybe was a good lawyer once upon a time but now he’s just taking cases & of course your money up front. Once he gets paid nobody cares. They had no info about my dads case after taking his case from the beginning. How can represent your client in court for the 3rd time but not even know his immigrant status or previous criminal history if any. Basically painted a fairytale for my dad took his money on the same date of consultation & even forgot about him. Also his staff is very rude especially on the phone.

Michael Policastro is a great attorney ! I'm so grateful that he guided the way to a positive outcome in my case. His legal knowledge, professionalism, and enthusiasm should be held up as the model for any lawyer. Being a defendant gave me a lot of anxiety - but his calmness, patience, caring approach, and smooth explanations throughout all the steps made a big difference. He also has a top-notch understanding of the court process, uses strong people skills with court personnel, and deftly dismisses the lies and false claims of plaintiffs. You can't spell "trouble" without TRO, and Mr. Policastro ensured that a Restraining Order against me was not the final result for me. I am very glad that he was on my side; he kept me away from big consequences.
