Ambulance chasers for the affluent as they only take multi-million dollar cases. And even if when they win, an up to 40% contingency fee PLUS hourly billings leaves almost nothing for the people. Not recommended.
Great firm. I definitely recommend it to those looking for a professional and trustworthy firm.
They seem very shady with how they go after stocks
The staff and attorneys at the firm were fantastic in helping me and my company recover losses. Law firms such as Pomerantz do a great service for individual investors. By going after companies that artificially raise their stock values due to stock manipulation and misleading information, investors can feel somewhat more secure knowing that this will hopefully put a stop or at least limit the amount of false information in the market. Thank you Pomerantz. Keep up the great work you do.
Folks familiar with plaintiff side securities firms know that Pomerantz is not the biggest but is the most respected name in this field - not only are they the oldest of these firms but they lead the pack as creative hardworking and effective advocates. We are in good hands with them.
